Dell Complete Care

For more than two years, I've been incredibly grateful that I purchased my Dell laptop with Complete Care. I'm rough on things and, while I usually shy away from extended warranties, I thought this was worth it. I was right - I broke many things and each time they had someone come to my house without a few days and fix it. It was awesome.

Then my the battery light on my laptop started flashing. Flash, flash, flash, flash, continuously whenever my laptop was plugged in. It was the most annoying thing in the world. Then I began to get "battery critical" warnings. I knew batteries died, but did Dell have to make them die so annoyingly?

I paid for Complete Care, so I thought I'd be able to contact them and they'd do something to fix my problem. Maybe I'd even get a new battery. No such luck. They said because it had to do with the battery that they couldn't do anything about it. I asked them how to stop the flashing and the error messages. They told me they could transfer me to sales. No way. Never again. No more Dells for me.
